Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly trained professionals led by a licensed psychiatrist. This team includes a psychiatric nurse, social worker, recreational therapist, occupational therapist and other mental health workers who assist in the treatment process. An integrated, personalized, intensive treatment plan includes the following

  • Comprehensive medical assessment
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Occupational therapy
  • Recreational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Extensive discharge planning

The goal is to reach the highest level of independence possible with each patient. The patient's progress is carefully monitored throughout the course of the treatment. This process involves both family members and the referral source. The discharge plan will take into account the patient's level of functioning and will include family members and / or caregivers.
