We want to make sure that your stay at Paradise Valley Hospital is an exceptional one. Although you may be away from home for a few days, we would like to maintain the familiarity of your home and comfort level. In order to create a comfortable and soothing environment, we recommend that you bring the following with you for your stay in the hospital:

• Toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, mouthwash, soap
• Bathrobe
• Slippers
• Lip balm
• Reading material
• Change of clothes (clothes to wear home)
• Phone numbers of family or friends you may want to call
• Insurance Card(s)
• Written list of current medications (Note: If you do not have a written list, please bring all medications you are currently taking.)
